Refund policy

Kindle Cases

We do not offer returns at this time but in-store credit only. To be eligible for in-store credit, your kindle case must be in the same condition that you received it, all original tags and packaging included. Again, we cannot offer refunds at this time on our kindle cases, so please make sure you have the correct kindle model before purchasing any cases from us. Any kindle cases that are bought with any defects or discontinued are final sale and are not eligible for in-store credit.

Any kindle cases being returned back to us for in-store credit will need to provide the return shipping label themselves (sorry besties).

 

Bookmark

Due to the made-to-order nature, all bookmarks are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All orders are marked as final sale. No refunds will be issued. Please email hello@paperbackfable.com for any questions or concerns you might have.
